Student Services Coordinator

The School of Arts and Sciences on Thomasville Road is seeking applications for a full-time Student Services Coordinator. This position works closely with classroom teachers, the support team, and admin to manage all aspects of IEP, 504, and Gifted compliance. This position is also responsible for coordinating state testing.

Elementary Associate Teacher

The School of Arts and Sciences on Thomasville Road is seeking applications for full-time Associate Teachers to work with a Lead Teacher in 2nd/3rd grade multi-aged elementary classroom.

Substitute Teacher

The School of Arts and Sciences on Thomasville Road (SAST) uses an internal list of substitute teachers that is separate from the Leon County Schools substitute list. All substitute teachers must have an approved background check done through Leon County Schools prior to working at SAST. If you would like to be added to the SAST substitute teacher list please provide a resume or cover letter by mail, hand delivery, or email to sasoffice@leonschools.net. Include your experience, class preferences, and the hours and days of your availability.

The typical school day is from 8:45 am – 3:45 pm. Pay is $14.00 per hour for approximately 7 hours per day, depending on the need.
